Asker town

Asker town is the administrative centre of our municipality and has a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants and activities such as theatre, cinema, library, swimming pool and training centres. From Asker railway station you can take the train to Oslo, the south of Norway and directly to Gardermoen airport by the airport express train. It is also a centre for bus-routes.

Peppe’s Pizza is both a restaurant just opposite the train and bus station in Asker Town and also delivers in the whole municipality. The restaurant is in one of the old traditional buildings.

There are lots of restaurants in the town: steak houses, tandoori, Chinese and Thai as well as sushi and a number of coffee shops and cafes.
